Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team within the broader Revenue Operations organization. This is a hands-on, technical generalist role for someone who loves owning the operational machinery behind a fast-moving GTM team and who's excited to run it faster using modern AI-assisted tooling like v0, Claude Code, and the Vercel platform itself.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups.
• A hands-on operator who actively improves and automates the martech stack.
• Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Comfortable with integration and data-routing tools (Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (v0, Claude Code, or similar).
• Comfortable reading and lightly editing code, and writing basic SQL to pull data.

Responsibilities

• Administer martech stack and integrations (Customer.io, Salesforce, Snowflake).
• Build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns and emails with measurable results.
• Design and maintain lifecycle, nurture, and automation flows for lead growth.
• Own data hygiene and governance across marketing systems.
• Use AI-native tools to build internal helpers and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM Analytics for reliable lead flow and reporting.
