Job summary

HighTower Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, to drive disciplined project management across our marketing organization. You will oversee website projects, vendor onboarding, SLA tracking, and operational reporting, connecting marketing with onboarding teams, M&A, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, scalable initiatives.

You will lead the marketing integration of newly acquired advisor teams, accelerate adoption of marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing in financial services or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high‑performing team.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance‑tracking tools (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and prioritization of website projects and vendor onboarding for acquisitions; identify risks and constraints.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans for new practices joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth.
• Own marketing technology ecosystem, including platform strategy, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve martech through AI, automation and process optimization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies.
• Develop scalable processes and governance to drive adoption of tools and best practices.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and resolution of marketing support requests with timely delivery.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to optimize planning, resource allocation, and execution.
