Job summary

Hightower Advisors in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing organization. You’ll oversee workflow, website prioritization, vendor onboarding, SLA tracking and reporting, acting as a hub for marketing, onboarding teams, M&A, technology and compliance.

You’ll lead integrations for acquired advisor teams, speed adoption of marketing capabilities and manage rebranding and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing operations or growth marketing in financial services.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Experience with digital channels, analytics, and reporting tools (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own planning and prioritization of marketing projects across teams.
• Lead onboarding plans for new practices joining Hightower.
• Oversee marketing tech ecosystem including platform strategy and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve martech via AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing technologies.
• Develop scalable processes and governance for tool adoption.
• Manage intake and prioritization of marketing support requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership on planning and resource allocation.
