Job summary

Hightower is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing organization. You will oversee workflow, vendor onboarding, SLA tracking, and reporting, serving as a hub between marketing, onboarding advisor teams, M&A, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing or business.
• 5+ years in marketing operations or growth marketing within financial services.
• Strong leadership with experience managing a high-performing team.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and HubSpot (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize website projects and vendor onboarding from acquisitions.
• Develop onboarding plans to transition new practices joining Hightower.
• Own marketing tech ecosystem, including platform strategy and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve martech with AI and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and other teams to implement tech.
• Develop governance to drive adoption of marketing tools.
• Manage intake and resolution of marketing support requests.
• Support leadership in planning and resource allocation.
