CLEAResult is hiring for a corporate events role to partner with marketing leadership in developing and executing the events strategy. You will research events and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and lead generation, and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.

You will oversee logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination of corporate events, maintaining calendars and budgets while ensuring high-impact experiences for our audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified meeting planner preferred.
• Partner with marketing to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness.
• Manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Coordinate event logistics and space requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors.
• Provide onsite event coordination.
• Maintain event calendar and budgets.
