Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of front and back of-house operations.
• Experience handling phone calls and computer systems.
• Extreme attention to detail with strong organizational and strategic thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and service prioritization.
• Communicate with Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Supervisors for timely room status updates.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for room turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Enter and manage data in property management systems (room status, maintenance issues, guest preferences).
• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Prepare and distribute daily occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints about housekeeping.
• Support leadership with scheduling, timekeeping, and training documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inspecting rooms for quality and readiness.
• Maintain morale in the department with a positive attitude.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including storage.
