Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years marketing coordination in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR system required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference logistics and campaign workflows for commercial marketing.
• Coordinate agencies, POs, and budget tracking for marketing operations.
• Maintain marketing calendar and digital asset library for approved materials.
• Schedule weekly PRC/MRC meetings and record reviewer feedback.
• Administer Veeva PromoMats for routing, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Perform QC checks and track approval expiration dates for compliance.
