Orca Bio is seeking a Coordinator, Commercial Marketing & MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) in the United States. The role combines marketing operations with regulatory review support, sitting 60% in Commercial Marketing and 40% in MLR Operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end conference logistics, campaign workflow management, and vendor coordination, plus coordinating the PRC/MRC review process in Veeva Vault PromoMats.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar MLR/PRC systems is required.
• Proven track record organizing commercial events and managing external agency deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end conference logistics for national and regional medical conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain the master commercial marketing calendar and track multi-channel project milestones.
• Coordinate external agencies and print vendors; manage POs, SOWs, budgets and invoices.
• Manage digital and print asset libraries and vendor relationships for current materials.
• Facilitate PRC/MRC meetings and prepare agendas, capture feedback.
