ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on analytics and data management. In this role, you'll help bridge our marketing strategies and their measurable outcomes, helping the team optimize campaigns through careful tracking and analysis. This role will collaborate with the entire Marketing team to ensure they have the necessary data and reporting to effectively market and manage marketing activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Maintain dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
  2. Meticulously review and validate reports to ensure complete accuracy and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
  3. Track and measure the success of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid media, and SEO.
  4. Implement and manage tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution of leads and conversions across channels.
  5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to marketing tools and data discrepancies with precision.
  6. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing data by monitoring integrations between systems like CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting.
  7. Clean, reshape, and transform data from various sources using Power Query.
  8. Document processes, queries, and data flows for future reference and maintenance.
  9. Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of newly launched marketing operations processes to ensure they meet requirements, maintain performance standards, and do not disrupt existing workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  1. 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or similar data-focused role.
  2. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis techniques using SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  3. Proficiency in creating clear and impactful data visualizations using reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau, Looker).
  4. Demonstrated success in data governance and data management.
  5. Working knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo).
  6. Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of data reporting for marketing analysis within Salesforce.
  7. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  8. Experience with UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and tag management systems.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

BONUS POINTS

  1. Experience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: GoToWebinar, Drift, Demandbase, Invoca, Litmus, Zapier, and Bizible.
  2. Self-motivated, ability to work with little or no oversight while possessing a solution-seeking attitude.
  3. Database and data warehouse experience.
  4. Experience with project management platforms.
  5. Understanding of data modeling concepts to ensure efficient data structure and relationships.
