About the Company:

We are a locally owned drafting and design firm serving professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Our services include CAD drafting, 3D laser scanning, and large-format printing. As a small business, we value reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic.

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to support both our print shop operations and marketing efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical and creative responsibilities and is looking to grow with a company that values initiative and professionalism.

Position Overview:

The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily print operations while also supporting the company’s marketing initiatives. There are significant opportunities to contribute to and grow our marketing efforts. No prior print shop experience is required — we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Print Shop Operations :

• Receive and process incoming print orders via email and phone
• Operate large-format printing equipment (training provided)
• Bind printed materials according to project specifications
• Create and send invoices for completed print jobs
• Provide timely and professional responses to all print-related inquiries
• Conduct regular printer maintenance and report any technical issues
• Manage and update our online plan room

Marketing Support :

• Maintain a working knowledge of company services (CAD, 3D laser scanning, printing)
• Write and publish website content including blog posts and case studies
• Develop content for social media (primarily Facebook) to promote services
• Create and maintain outreach lists for prospective clients
• Assist with the development of promotional materials and marketing collateral

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional setting (marketing, administrative, or coordination roles preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and operate technical equipment (prior print experience not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work on-site during regular business hours (M-F, 8am-4pm)
