Catering to pet owners in apartments or those with senior dogs, they strive to enhance the lives of pets and their owners with their unique products.

About the Position

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to serve as the central hub between internal teams, agencies, and freelancers. This role is all about execution and coordination—you’ll ensure that marketing initiatives run smoothly, deadlines are met, and no task falls through the cracks.

You’ll handle everything from pulling reports, managing assets, coordinating campaigns, filling out forms, and creating briefs, to executing various marketing tasks that don’t fall within the scope of a specific specialist or agency. A strong ability to stay organized, multitask, and leverage AI tools to streamline processes will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
  2. Oversee the execution of marketing tasks across various platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify.
  3. Assist in creating briefs for designers, content creators, and agencies to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
  4. Manage influencer coordination and communication.
  5. Ensure all assets and deliverables are properly organized, stored, and distributed.
  6. Pull reports and track marketing performance based on predefined KPIs.
  7. Process, track, and fulfill urgent marketing requests efficiently.
  8. Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  9. Maintain clear and detailed documentation for all marketing initiatives.
  10. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring smooth execution of all tasks.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of marketing coordination or execution experience in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional follow-through.
  3. Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Klaviyo is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
  5. Strong communication skills—concise, clear, and proactive.
  6. Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of AI marketing tools for research, automation, and efficiency.
  7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset.
