Baseten is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and harden the systems layer of the marketing engine. You will treat our tech stack as production infrastructure, ensuring reliability as campaigns scale with more spend and model launches.

Lead end-to-end marketing tech, guard data integrity, and collaborate with RevOps, Data, and Sales to close gaps. This role is a core marketing function focused on outcomes, not IT support.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in marketing operations in B2B SaaS or developer tooling.
• Direct expertise with MAPs and Salesforce including field mapping and workflows.
• Experience building lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and attribution infrastructure.
• Strong data hygiene, dedupes, spam prevention, and tracking integrity.
• Familiar with GTM, APIs, webhooks, and light scripting/automation.
• Able to design resilient systems and handle 2am launch risk scenarios.
• Excellent email deliverability knowledge and QA discipline.
• Proven stakeholder management across marketing, sales, finance and data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the marketing tech stack end-to-end: ads, email, tracking, forms, connectors.
• Build defense-in-depth for inbound and catch anomalies before dashboards fail.
• Enforce data integrity with governance, field hygiene, and canonical metrics.
• Operationalize web request pipelines with briefs, tickets, SLAs, and runbooks.
• Systematize marketing ops requests, triage, prioritize, and automate repeat issues.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Data, and Sales to close workflow gaps.
• Create or implement AI-powered workflows and scalable solutions.
• Set a clear vision and road map for the future marketing stack.
