We’re looking for Account Coordinators who are early in their careers, ready to level up, and excited to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join client calls and capture key notes and action items.
• Support Account Executives with active client accounts.
• Manage orders from quote to delivery, tracking timelines and approvals.
• Update trackers and collect sample photos.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting and Marketing.
• Prepare billing documentation and support monthly close-outs.
• Ensure clients feel informed and excited to work with us.
