Job summary

M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Consumer Brands team. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns including earned media, influencer activations, and creative programs.

You’ll help keep projects organized, timelines on track, and communications flowing smoothly. The role covers media relations, influencer programming, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included).
• Polished in-person and virtual presence with a confident voice.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset.
• A natural interest in consumer culture, social platforms/trends, news cycles, and how brands participate in cultural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists, craft pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives and track deliverables.
• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, contracting, and content review.
• Catalog and archive final creator assets for reference and recap.
• Manage account organization, assets, media trackers, and shared drives.
• Oversee product sample inventory and shipping for media, creator, and partner activations.
• Support execution of brand events, media desksides, and other program elements.
• Merchandise notable coverage and flag breaking client, competitor, or crisis-related news.
• Support monthly and programmatic reporting and communicate progress.
