Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. The role works closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic plan to achieve budgeted occupancy in a competitive market.

You will effectively lead the leasing team, train staff, show and lease units, monitor marketing campaigns, compile weekly market surveys, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and work with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Effectively lead the leasing team, ensure accurate documentation and reporting, and maintain resident relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing campaigns to generate traffic and close leases.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and supervise multiple on-site functions, including inspections and maintenance coordination.
