Job summary

Midea America Corp in Plano is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive lead generation and global data center marketing initiatives, identifying high-value opportunities and supporting rapid deployment of best practices.

You will build standardized toolkits, translate technical parameters into client benefits, and help showcase building data center products with compelling brand communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of work experience; HVAC/refrigeration/thermal engineering preferred.
• Experience in data center thermal management and liquid cooling knowledge.
• Ability to translate technical parameters into client benefits content.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Circles and Lead Conversion: Lead participation in global data center industry summits, identify and follow up on high-value leads, and drive the implementation of benchmark projects.

2. Global System Empowerment: Build standardized marketing toolkits to support rapid replication of best practices across overseas regions.

3. Exhibition Display: Transform the value points of building data center products and solutions and combine them with brand communication.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, majors in HVAC/refrigeration/thermal engineering preferred.

2. Background in the data center thermal management industry chain, proficient in liquid cooling chains and cold source selection.

3. Ability to translate technical parameters into content for client benefits engagement;

4.Authorized to work in U.S. without immediate or future requirement of work visa sponsorship.
