Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in data center liquid cooling projects with solid design simulation capabilities; NA AIDC client interfacing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in core industry communities like OCP and produce trend analyses for NA AIDC liquid cooling.
  • Translate, categorize and organize liquid cooling documents for OCP and related communities.
  • Perform liquid cooling system design simulations based on NA market needs and customer requirements.
  • Interface with the China-based R&D team to align NA demands with technical solutions and drive project initiation.
  • Engage with clients to discuss technical requirements and advances, and conduct visits to NA operators and manufacturers.
  • Organize regulatory and certification requirements for NA AIDC liquid cooling projects.

About the Role

Focus on deep technical cultivation in the North American AIDC (AI Data Center) liquid cooling sector. Leverage technical expertise to unlock joint R&D opportunities with key tier-1 clients, such as Hyperscalers, while simultaneously advancing the localization of technical contributions in industry communities like OCP. Collaborate with the R&D team to deliver liquid cooling solutions tailored to the North American market, driving the technical implementation and breakthroughs of liquid cooling in the local AIDC market.

Responsibilities
Industry Technical Dynamics & Community Engagement
  • Deeply participate in core industry communities like OCP, track technical iterations and standardizations in North American AIDC liquid cooling, and produce industry technical trend analysis reports.
  • Attend professional AIDC trade shows and industry summits in North America to uncover customer pain points and peer technical developments, generating post-event technical intelligence reports.
Technical Contributions & Document Management
  • Translate, categorize, and organize liquid cooling-related technical contribution documents for communities such as OCP.
  • Synthesize key technical points adapted to AIDC scenarios to promote the reuse of technical contributions.
Technical Solutions & R&D Collaboration
  • Perform liquid cooling system design simulations based on North American market pain points and customer requirements; outline critical technical directions and draft solution documentation.
  • Interface with the China-based R&D team to align North American market demands with technical solutions, driving project initiation, development, and commercial landing for liquid cooling initiatives.
Customer Technical Interface & Compliance Support
  • Leverage AIDC liquid cooling project experience to conduct technical requirement discussions and solution exchanges with clients, identifying entry points for joint R&D.
  • Execute planned visits to leading North American AIDC operators and equipment manufacturers to push forward joint R&D projects.
  • Systematically organize regulatory and certification requirements in the North American AIDC liquid cooling space, keeping technical compliance guidelines up to date.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in data center liquid cooling projects with solid liquid cooling system design simulation capabilities; hands-on experience interfacing with North American AIDC clients is preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong document translation and organization skills, familiarity with technical documentation standards, and prior experience participating in open-source communities like OCP is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, capable of seamlessly bridging communication between North American customers and the domestic R&D team for technical discussions and solution presentations.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the AIDC liquid cooling sector.
