Job summary

The Carlisle Group has been retained to identify a Marketing Manager for an established organization serving libraries, educational institutions, and community organizations. This on‑site role in Williamsport, PA leads a five‑person marketing team and shapes digital marketing while maintaining catalog and trade show programs.

You will drive integrated campaigns, measure performance, and guide annual planning with clear objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with revenue growth.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and developing a team.
• Hands-on proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CMS, CRM, and web analytics tools such as GA4.
• Ability to connect creative work with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills across departments.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, publishing, or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team of five marketing professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Drive digital marketing and measurement using CRM, CMS, e‑commerce, and analytics to improve ROI.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across catalogs, digital content, e‑commerce, and trade shows.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan with clear priorities and measurable objectives.
• Translate market trends and competitive activity into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales on bids and proposals and with product management on launches.
