Liberty Restoration Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and execute cross-market marketing activities across Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin and beyond. You will own website management, SEO, AI-driven content, and both paid and organic digital campaigns.

The role requires hands-on execution, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to travel between markets. A strong track record in lead generation and event marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on marketing across multiple channels (search, paid advertising, social, email, and web).
• Proficiency in SEO and in AI and generative search and AI content tools.
• Ability to work independently across multiple markets with limited daily supervision.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, Google Business Profile, email and social media tools, and CRM software.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and local ads; manage budgets and cost-per-lead by market.
• Manage organic social media across locations from a central platform with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain email marketing programs, newsletters, and automated campaigns.
• Plan and execute multi-market events, CE classes for insurance agents, and other field marketing activities.
• Coordinate and manage promotional items, print materials, and internal collateral; maintain marketing assets.
• Oversee marketing expenditures, budgets, and vendor invoices; manage Co-Op reimbursements.
