On-site leadership role in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, overseeing a five-person marketing team and coordinating cross-functional campaigns and programs to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive marketing leadership with revenue growth.
• At least two years of direct team management.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM, CMS, e-commerce, and GA4.
• Ability to translate marketing data into practical business decisions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, publishing, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Exposure to institutional, education, or public-sector customers is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for an experienced team.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives and measure ROI across channels.
• Coordinate catalogs, digital content, e-commerce initiatives, and trade shows.
• Contribute to annual marketing planning with clear priorities and measurable objectives.
• Translate customer trends and market research into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and product management on bids, launches, and customer engagement.
