Renewal by Andersen in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Traditional, to lead face-to-face programs across Central Pennsylvania. The role oversees Retail, Events and RSVP Dinner initiatives with emphasis on team development, field execution, lead generation and performance.

This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel, coaching, accountability, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous leadership or management experience in marketing, sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors across Central PA.
• Oversee day-to-day execution and performance across Retail, Events, and RSVP Dinner programs.
• Maintain a consistent field presence through visits to retail locations and events.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to improve customer engagement and appointment generation.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and field coverage across the territory.
• Track KPIs including appointments, leads, hours, and conversion rates.
• Use data to identify improvement opportunities and boost production.
• Ensure events and locations are staffed, branded, and prepared for success.
• Recruit and onboard Brand Ambassadors to maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and venues.
