Job description

We’re hiring a Search Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid search service delivery and help scale the department as we grow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, client-facing role and is eager to build structure, innovate strategy, and play a key role in the agency’s next chapter.

This is a high-impact position with room to grow into a leadership role as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for search-related client accounts
  3. Collaborate with creative and paid social teams to ensure strategic alignment across channels
  4. Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and implement tracking
  5. Monitor performance and prepare reporting dashboards with actionable insights
  6. Recommend and implement CRO improvements to client funnels and landing pages
  7. Conduct basic SEO audits and provide implementation guidance
  8. Help define SOPs and best practices for the growing search marketing function
Ideal Candidate
  1. 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns directly (Search and PMax a must)
  2. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience and an eye for performance data
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing conversations
  4. Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tools like Looker Studio, or SEMrush
  5. Experience with or interest in CRO and SEO best practices
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to department growth and process building
