Healthcare Marketing Manager (100% Remote)

Our customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut, offering products such as credit, promotional financing, loyalty programs, installment lending, and FDIC-insured savings through its online bank subsidiary.

We seek a Healthcare Marketing Manager on a contract basis to grow Specialty markets (cosmetic, hearing, and vision). The ideal candidate has strong marketing campaign management and agency account coordination experience. This role is 100% remote, with a slight preference for PST candidates.

This position supports the Healthcare Client Marketing team, executing omnichannel digital-first marketing campaigns, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, and supporting strategic initiatives and administrative tasks. The role involves managing the departmental marketing budget using Excel, creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, and ensuring high-quality marketing materials.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign execution & trafficking: Manage multiple campaigns across channels such as email, paid digital/search, social media, and direct mail, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  2. Client marketing support: Execute and traffic campaigns supporting B2B2C initiatives, consumer applications, and other objectives.
  3. Departmental budget: Manage expenses, vendor relations, invoices, forecasts, and POs, coordinating with finance.
  4. Executive presentations: Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for various meetings, emphasizing visual design.
  5. Marketing materials: Edit and proofread marketing content for accuracy and grammar.
  6. Project management: Support strategic initiatives, maintain timelines, and coordinate deliverables.
  7. Workstream management: Organize meetings, follow up on deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders.
  8. Marketing support activities: Oversee legal and stakeholder approvals, media buying, content development, and sales support.
  9. Analytics: Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign impact.
  10. Vendor management: Oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure budget and timeline adherence.
  11. Event management: Plan and execute marketing events, including logistics and virtual components.
  12. Additional duties: Perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of marketing/client agency experience.
  • At least 3 years of marketing or communications experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of digital or social platform experience.
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting.
  • Workfront experience preferred.

  • Experience with email, paid digital, social media marketing.
  • Strong team player with high energy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
