Digital Marketing Specialist

CornerStone Technology Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can architect, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies for a modern, technology-forward organization. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep hands‑on experience in HubSpot, strong content creation abilities, and expertise in building automated campaigns that accelerate brand visibility and revenue impact. Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires expert-level use of HubSpot, strong writing and content capabilities, and a strategic mindset for optimizing all stages of the buyer journey.

HubSpot Strategy, Management, and Automation
  • Act as the primary administrator for the organization’s HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Manage and optimize contact databases, segmentation frameworks, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows, nurture sequences, and revenue-driving drip campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages, forms, CTAs, and other assets directly within HubSpot.
  • Create custom properties, reporting dashboards, and analytics to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Email Marketing Execution
  • Build and deploy all email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, nurture tracks, and automated journeys.
  • Write clean, concise, brand-aligned email copy and design responsive email templates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send time optimization.
  • Monitor and report on email performance metrics including engagement, conversions, and overall impact on pipeline.
Content Development and Editorial Planning
  • Partner with marketing and subject matter experts to maintain a strategic content calendar.
  • Produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including blogs, case studies, video scripts, infographics, web copy, and campaign assets.
  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
Campaign Performance, Analytics, and Optimization
  • Track and analyze performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
  • Present clear, data-backed performance insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across digital channels.
  • Support paid media, SEO, and social campaigns through data analysis and execution support as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creative partners, freelancers, and external vendors as needed.
  • Support trade show and product launch marketing activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
  • Perform additional marketing tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or equivalent CRM and automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to build automation workflows, segment audiences, and manage lifecycle campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities in a structured manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in geospatial, AEC, or technology-driven industries.
  • Experience working with teams across a wide range of technical and non-technical skill levels.
  • Shopify experience for eCommerce execution and optimization.
  • Functional knowledge of Google Analytics and modern analytics frameworks.
