Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing; at least 2 in AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Experience building proposals or qualifications packages for professional services.
• Organized enough to run a calendar; curious about compaction testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program; manage content and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and templates.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers; create technical articles and case materials.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims consistent across public channels.
