Job summary

Construction Material Testing is looking for a Marketing Manager to own and grow our marketing program across our construction materials testing, special inspection, and geotechnical services.

You will manage the website, SEO, content calendar, qualifications library, and outreach campaigns, collaborating with engineers and the business development team to generate conversations and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar — technical articles, project stories, and case material — with engineers who have knowledge.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
