Job description

1, Conduct research on key overseas markets and evaluate the development potential of emerging markets. Analyze local policy access requirements, market demand, operational risks and channel conditions to provide decision-making support for overseas business layout and resource allocation.

2, Establish a regular competitor tracking system. Continuously monitor competitors' products, technologies, pricing, channels and market initiatives, and deliver periodic analysis reports to support the optimization of corporate competitive strategies.

3, Empower front-line overseas sales teams. Provide market, customer and competitor-related materials on demand, monitor various overseas market risks and issue timely early warnings, sort out channel leads, and organize internal business sharing sessions.

4, Collaborate on overseas brand promotion initiatives. Leverage market data to deliver research support for exhibition planning, marketing investment, promotional content planning and exhibition participation scheme formulation.

5, Implement standardized deliverables for market research. Periodically produce various market briefings and in-depth analysis reports, compile ad-hoc special materials as required, issue timely alerts for major market shifts, and continuously build and improve the overseas market information database.

6, Work with sales teams to optimize follow-up plans for key customers, and adjust communication strategies and product demonstration priorities in a targeted manner to improve the closing conversion rate of large-scale projects. Support sales in solution presentations and provide professional backing including product documentation, brand credentials and market analysis.

Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Marketing, International Trade, New Energy, Economic Statistics or related fields are preferred.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the photovoltaic industry.

Familiar with overseas market policies and international trade rules; possess sharp market insight and risk-assessment capabilities.

Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, clear logical thinking, excellent execution ability, capable of effectively empowering front-end business operations.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
