One of our major Sportswear clients is currently seeking a Part‑Time Marketing Manager.
Role would be 3 days a week in office in NYC, 8 hours a day. This is an ongoing part‑time role.
Scope of Work
- Define and present the overall marketing strategy and time frame for the upcoming collection.
- Integrate creative direction and visual outputs into the campaign structure.
- Align with PR timelines and content releases managed by PR agency.
Content Launch
- Oversee production and scheduling of content pieces across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Coordinate teasers, countdowns, and behind‑the‑scenes moments to build anticipation for launch.
PR Moment
- Collaborate with PR Agency to secure top‑tier media coverage
- Support press release timing, interviews, and editorial coordination for the collection announcement.
- Manage seeding strategy with PR Agency: identify influencers, athletes, and tastemakers.
- Coordinate with PR Agency for pre‑launch product deliveries for authentic reviews, styling content, and testimonials.
Email, CRM & SMS Capture
- Create and manage data capture moments leading up to launch: early access sign‑ups, exclusive previews, and member discounts.
- Work with the web team to integrate pop‑ups, landing pages, and automated email flows.
TikTok & YouTube Management
- Lead posting schedule and storytelling approach across official TikTok and YouTube accounts.
- Develop ongoing series to maintain engagement pre‑ and post‑launch.
Digital Advertising Campaign
- Oversee digital ad rollout across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Ensure campaigns have clear CTAs to purchase and align with audience segmentation from CRM data.
Ongoing PR & Editorial Push
- Continue media engagement through interviews with key staff.
- Facilitate fashion and golf PR opportunities to sustain post‑launch awareness.
Post‑Launch Collection Refresh
- Plan and execute a mini‑drop: introduce two new colorways of best‑selling items and/or one new product 1–2 months after launch.
- Create supporting marketing content to refresh interest and extend the collection lifecycle.
- Full Marketing Timeline & Execution Calendar
- Weekly check‑in with team
- Bi‑weekly sync with PR Agency
