Shape the Future of CX Marketing

Foundever is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, contributing to a wide range of activities that support the growth and brand awareness of Foundever. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during core business hours. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.

Your Day-to-Day at Foundever

As Marketing Manager, you’ll support various initiatives across the UK and work directly with the Head of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Activity Execution:
  • Oversee and manage UK social media channels.
  • Plan and deliver marketing events such as roundtables and conferences.
  • Execute key activities as part of the marketing plan across multiple channels, including digital, social media, awards, print and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns, including social media, content marketing, email marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Review campaign performance, track results and report on ROI.
Content Development
  • Create high-quality content and marketing collateral, including award submissions, case studies, thought leadership, blogs and presentations.
  • Work with internal teams to gather data and insights that enhance the quality of Foundever content.
  • Write and schedule social posts for the UK across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Update website content, including adding new material to the Foundever website.
Brand Management and Promotion
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimise our online presence, including website content, social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Your Profile and Experience

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role.

Creative writing: Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and subject matter expertise.

Communication: Clear and effective communication at all levels of the business.

Proactivity: Comfortable taking initiative to meet deadlines ahead of time.

Patience: Able to stay calm and composed under pressure.

Adaptability: Capable of handling a wide variety of tasks and adjusting communication style as needed.

Attitude: Positive and upbeat, even during challenging interactions.

Social Media: Solid working knowledge of platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Microsoft Office: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Marketing Tools: Familiar with tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft and Google Analytics.

Critical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills.

Industry knowledge: Understanding of the contact centre & CX industry (Desirable)
