Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a data-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid media efforts across our growing Shopify-based DTC business in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll take ownership of performance marketing strategy, working hands-on with Google Ads, Shopping, and Retargeting platforms to drive revenue, improve ROAS, and grow our customer base.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of growth, creative, and commerce -- ideal for someone with deep experience in Shopify, paid media, and DTC performance marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Shopping feeds, Display, and Programmatic, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Partner closely with Shopify development and creative teams to optimize campaign landing pages, PDPs, and conversion paths.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring performance benchmarks and budget efficiency across channels.
  • Use Shopify analytics, GA4, and Looker to track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR) and uncover actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on campaign creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with retention, creative, and CX teams to ensure a cohesive full-funnel strategy.
  • Apply geo-targeted insights from U.S. and Canadian markets to inform campaign localization and creative direction.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within a DTC eCommerce or retail brand (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Proven success scaling digital campaigns with clear ROAS and acquisition wins.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Shopping feeds, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and customer journey analytics.
  • Comfortable working with creative and data—balancing performance goals with brand voice and CX.
  • Strong communicator, project manager, and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
