BCForward is currently seeking a remote motivated Brand Marketing Manager V at 100% Remote, USA.

Position Title: Brand Marketing Manager V

Location: 100% Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 06 Months

Job Type: [>=40 weeks] [Contract] [Remote].

Pay Range: $85 - $90/hr. on W2.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager V

Duration: 6 months

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

The potential candidate will play a key role in back-to-school activations. The App team is focused on driving growth in the U.S. through marketing campaigns that encourage people to consider using App. This includes large media campaigns and market activations. The candidate will be responsible for major activations targeting students, particularly at colleges and universities. They will oversee an agency to ensure the execution of the strategy.

The candidate will also work on developing educational materials to support student ambassadors in running these programs on behalf of the team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop creative resources and branch strategies.

Collaborate with creative agencies to produce educational materials.

Work with activation agencies to implement programs on campus.

Travel to universities as needed to support these initiatives.

Must have Skills:

Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.

Creative Eye: A keen sense of creativity and attention to detail to develop engaging educational materials and marketing campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners, including creative agencies, activation agencies, and student ambassadors. Working with people at different levels agencies and internally, working team levels/ senior leadership on both sides.

Project Management: Ability to oversee agency execution and ensure successful implementation of programs on campus.

Google Suite Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to create and edit documents, collaborate with team members, and track progress.

Nice to have Skills:

Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and execution.

Event Planning: Experience with event planning and execution, particularly in a university setting.

Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and print materials.

Familiarity with content fast marketing strategy work

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems independently.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members as needed.

Years of experience:

3-5 marketing or agency experience

Education:

Bachelor's in Marketing or relative to the role, business general
