About The Role
The role owns demand generation and brand marketing end-to-end for a well-funded technology company, translating positioning into campaigns that reliably produce pipeline and market awareness. This is a hands-on role spanning SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and content strategy in a fast-moving B2B/B2C environment.
You will partner with sales, product, content, and design teams to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel campaigns, using data from GA4, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels
- Own SEO/SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, ad copy testing, and landing page performance
- Build and manage the content calendar, partnering with writers and designers to ship on-brand assets on schedule
- Define campaign KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and the marketing automation platform, and report on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve funnel performance
- Manage agency and vendor relationships plus a seven-figure marketing budget with clear ROI accountability
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to sharpen positioning and enable targeted outbound plays
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience at a tech company, with documented impact on pipeline or revenue
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, or a similar marketing automation platform, plus GA4 and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, technical site health, and SEM bidding strategy
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce and critique campaign copy
- Comfortable operating in a data-driven culture: SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills are expected
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), marketing analytics tools (Looker, Tableau), or B2B SaaS demand programs
