Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager – Institutional DeFi for NYC. This hybrid role leads demand generation and growth marketing for the brand and product suite.

Responsibilities include leading demand generation, qualifying and distributing leads to BD/Sales, and championing the brand at events. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing, Paid Acquisition and Lead Pipeline Management.
• Crypto/Fintech background or experience in Crypto/Binance/DeFi considered a plus.

Marketing Manager – Institutional DeFi – NYC (Hybrid)

Plexus are working with an infrastructure protocol focused on building and delivering secured solutions for institutions and retail traders alike to engage with Bitcoin both safely and at scale.

They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Demand Generation & Growth Marketing for their brand and product suite. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation, growth and brand marketing, reporting directly to the current Director of Marketing & Sales
• Qualify and distribute sales leads to the BD/Sales team
• Champion the brand, representing at IRL and URL events, networking, and begin owning your own strategies

Requirements

• Must be from an industry background in one of the following: Crypto, Bitcoin, TradFi, Fintech or similar relevant space
• Direct experience in Growth Marketing, Paid Acquisition and Lead Pipeline Management
• Crypto-native community and social media marketing skills
• $140-180k USD base
• Additional Token Compensation
