Developer Marketing Lead – AI/Web3 – Canada/USA (remote)

Plexus are working with an onchain infrastructure layer promoting trust and credibility in the AI-first era. Their flagship infra product is designed to empower developers to build and create applications via APIs, SDKs and promote the tech to wide-scale user adoption.

They are looking for a developer marketing lead for their team. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: Own developer experience and developer marketing end-to-end, promoting user growth and developer adoption
• Build and grow meaningful communities: Engage users, builders and contributors on a daily basis across various channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, Github, Discord, etc)
• Handson and Execution-driven marketing style: Happy to be an allrounder, devise strategy, execute campaigns, support events (IRL and URL) alongside general marketing

Requirements

• Must be DeFi-Native: We are expecting candidates to have contributed significantly to the growth of a DeFi Protocol or Crypto Token ranking 050 worldwide
• Must be developer-native: Direct experience running developer marketing strategies and executing adoption tactics for an onchain infrastructure product
• Strong understanding of tech: Must have developer-level understanding of relevant infrastructure and products in the web3 and AI space (don’t need to code, but need to understand how, when and why code is written)
• Direct employment in Canada only + local benefits
• Flexible contract work/1099/sole trader USA + RoW
• Fully remote, travel encouraged
