Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, developing, leading, and executing the organization's overall marketing strategy and all marketing-related processes. This role drives innovative and results-oriented marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market presence. The Marketing Manager oversees the development and implementation of modern, sophisticated marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified demand, strengthen customer engagement, and drive sustainable business growth.

The Marketing Manager provides strategic leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of integrated marketing programs and initiatives. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives, identify new market opportunities, and maximize the impact of marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on sustainable business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with company objectives and long-term growth goals.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence and organizational visibility.
Marketing Leadership & Campaign Management
  • Design and execute modern, creative, and elegant marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, branding initiatives, advertising strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain a high-quality, professional, and sophisticated brand image.
  • Manage social media strategies, digital marketing efforts, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate events, networking opportunities, and public relations activities to increase brand awareness.
Team Supervision & Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and direct marketing staff and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.
  • Establish performance expectations, monitor productivity, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Promote innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to support organizational initiatives.
Operational & Performance Management
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
  • Maintain consistency in corporate identity, messaging, and communication strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership, business development, or brand management required.
  • Proven experience marketing professional services, including accounting, tax, financial advisory, consulting, legal, or similar B2B service organizations required.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing, business development, and sales within a professional services environment required.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing and business development strategies for international markets required.
  • Demonstrated success supporting sales initiatives, lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth required.
  • Demonstrated success working closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue growth targets required.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving measurable business growth required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, and market analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
  • Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication abilities in both languages.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism, creativity, and initiative.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics preferred.
Work Environment and Schedule Requirements:
  • This position requires flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, weekends, and irregular schedules based on operational needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required for events.
  • The employee is regularly working in an office environment under normal conditions.
  • The noise in his/her work environment is moderate.
