Job description

We are a duo of fast-growing, entrepreneurial digital marketing agencies (AdMax Local and Real Eyes Digital) focused on delivering high-performance results for SMBs, franchises, service providers, and retailers. As our client base and product offerings expand (Search, Social, SEO, analytics, AI-powered marketing tools, etc.), we’re looking for a hands‑on marketer to identify opportunities, generate B2B leads, nurture target prospects into clients, and position us as leaders in our industry.

Role Summary

This role blends strategy with roll‑up‑your‑sleeves execution. You’ll be our marketing engine—from the website to email drip campaigns to blogs and social media campaigns—and help us reach more customers, build credibility, and support sales growth.

Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing programs that promote our agency’s services. The ideal candidate is a versatile, data-driven marketer with strong content skills, excellent project management, and the ability to create B2B campaigns that convert. Your work will include digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website content, thought leadership, partner marketing and more to generate quality leads and build brand authority.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Content Marketing
  • Craft a timely and effective marketing plan leveraging our agency's strengths and resources which results in B2B leads and clients.
  • Create and deliver on a content calendar with deliverables across all platforms and collaborate across teams to drive prospect engagement with our brands.
  • Partner with leadership to craft industry POVs and thought leadership content and insights around AI, local marketing, SMB growth, retail trends, etc. or repurpose current content.
Email & CRM Marketing
  • Build and optimize email nurture flows, newsletters, and outbound campaigns.
  • Segment lists and manage CRM hygiene to maximize deliverability and performance.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to sales and leadership.
Website & Content
  • Own website strategy and conversion optimization.
  • Create compelling landing pages, service pages, blogs, case studies, and resource content.
  • Manage SEO best practices to improve rankings and inbound traffic.
  • Develop strong agency positioning and messaging.
Digital Marketing (Paid & Organic)
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee organic social media execution and growth (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Test new channels such as Demand Gen, YouTube Shorts, and industry-specific ad platforms.
Other
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote conference participation when applicable—speaking opportunities, booth logistics, and lead capture. Manage follow-up workflows after events to drive pipeline and appointments.
  • Submit our agencies for awards. Write and submit award applications, case studies, and supporting materials.
  • Identify PR outreach opportunities and partnerships with industry groups.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build a reporting framework to track marketing KPIs: website traffic, CPL, conversions, email performance, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve.
Qualifications
  • US based applicants only
  • 5+ years of demand generation marketing experience at an agency or consulting group in the B2B space required
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution (you will be the department).
  • Demonstrated experience with blog management, website management, case studies, white papers, CRM marketing tools, webinars and other B2B lead generation sources.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar tools required
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in digital marketing at an overall industry trends level as well as working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to put together compelling powerpoint presentations, emails and position papers.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate what is working and what isn’t using a digital marketing lens and metrics to evaluate all efforts.
  • Ability to run simultaneous projects with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
  • Successful experience supporting sales teams and building business development enablement assets.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving, fully remote, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice‑to‑have Skills
