The Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, product adoption, and brand visibility. The role combines strategy and execution across lifecycle email, paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, content, webinars, and social. You will partner with product marketing, sales, creative, and revenue operations to launch measurable programs and improve performance across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute quarterly marketing plans across paid search, paid social, organic search, email, content, webinars, and partner channels
- Manage campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, nurture workflows, lead scoring, testing, and reporting
- Own campaign measurement in GA4, Salesforce, and BI dashboards; report on conversion rates, CAC, MQL quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Develop briefs for landing pages, case studies, blog content, ads, and social creative, coordinating delivery with writers, designers, and external vendors
- Optimize SEO and SEM programs through keyword research, technical audits, Google Ads management, and ongoing landing-page experimentation
- Run A/B tests across messaging, audience segments, email journeys, paid creative, and conversion paths to improve funnel performance
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while communicating results and recommendations to leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable funnel outcomes
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable tools
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, and spreadsheet-based analysis
- Demonstrated ability to connect channel performance to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion metrics
- Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple launches, stakeholders, agencies, and deadlines
- Excellent written communication and editorial judgment, with experience developing or reviewing technical and product-focused content
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, product-led growth, marketing attribution, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or customer data platforms
