Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking an energetic Marketer/Hospital Liaison to grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. You will drive admissions and strengthen the facility's presence in the healthcare network, delivering compelling presentations and collaborative outreach.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work independently toward census and occupancy

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Establish relationships within the local healthcare community a plus.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet admissions and census goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
