Gallery Residential seeks a Marketing Representative to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies across communities. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while supporting resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will collaborate with on-site teams, utilize marketing tools, and nurture resident relationships to maintain high occupancy and retention rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings.
• Proven ability to manage resident relations and lease renewals.
• Familiarity with marketing plans, occupancy goals, and property policies.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute offsite marketing activities and online advertising to drive traffic.
• Support lease renewals by contacting renewing residents and preparing renewal documents.
