Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience.
• Minimum three years in marketing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew; sets performance standards and compensation.
• Leads marketing strategy; partners with sales, client services, product management, and investment management to align objectives and budgets.
• Mentors and coaches team to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Leads specialists and managers; ensures objectives and budget efficiency; conducts cost analyses.
• Communicates with stakeholders and monitors activity; provides regular status reports.
• Develops feedback loop with sales and other partners to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develops marketing tracking methodology to measure success using data and analytics.
• Maintains risk controls and compliance in marketing plans.
• Participates in special projects and other duties.
