Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development of marketing strategy and roadmap for priority Personal Wealth offerings.
• Connect investor needs with products by developing compelling value propositions and differentiated positioning.
• Translate client, market, competitive, and performance insights into clear priorities and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with audience and product teams to bring integrated marketing programs to life, building alignment around the strategy and a cohesive client experience.
• Guide cross-functional teams by building business acumen, product knowledge, and alignment around the marketing strategy.
• Build strong partnerships across marketing, business, sales, technology, analytics, legal, risk, and compliance to prioritize and deliver results.
• Establish performance goals and use measurement, testing, forecasting, and reporting to evaluate and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, investor behavior, and evolving client expectations to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure marketing plans and activities meet applicable legal, compliance, risk, audit, and control requirements.
