nextSource seeks a strategic, data-driven Head of Marketing to lead brand development, demand generation, and market positioning for a globally focused education and research organization. You will translate strategy into measurable growth, elevate thought leadership, and drive enrollment and engagement through an integrated, analytics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience including leadership.
• Experience with demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
• Strong analytical skills using data to improve marketing performance.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and market positioning strategy.
• Design end-to-end demand generation campaigns and lead strategies.
• Collaborate with admissions, student success, and business stakeholders to optimize the customer journey.
• Lead integrated content strategies across digital channels and events.
• Oversee martech platforms, CRM, and analytics; report ROI.
