Rehab Medical is seeking a Marketing Lead Coordinator in Indianapolis to capture and route all incoming marketing leads. You will field patient inquiries from campaigns, enter details into our CRM, and ensure every lead is contacted within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better.
• Experience handling marketing leads and CRM data entry preferred.
• Ability to contact patients within 24 hours.
• Strong phone and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound marketing calls from patients.
• Enter leads into CRM with accurate contact info and campaign attribution.
• Follow up on marketing orders and ensure timely progression.
• Provide website chat support.
