Job summary

MIRA Wellness Club seeks a Marketing Lead to own public presence across social media, content, the website, press and launch. You will collaborate with the founder on the brand and work with external agencies on production.

Requirements include 5+ years in marketing for premium brands, proven social media leadership, strong writing and fluent English. This is a full-time, on-site role to support Chennai's flagship club opening in 2027.

About MIRA Wellness Club MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.

There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.
Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years.
The role
You own how MIRA shows up in public: social media, content, the website, press and launch. You work with the founder on the brand and with outside agencies on production.
What you will do
Before opening

• Plan and run the build-up to opening, including content from the build.
• Manage our social media accounts and agency partners.
• Help plan the opening and the first member events.
  

After opening

• Run our social media, content, website and email.
• Track what works and report it to the founder each month.
• Keep every piece of content on brand, using our written brand guidelines.
  

Who we are looking for

• 5 or more years in marketing for a premium brand, such as hospitality, fashion, food or fitness.
• You have run social media for a brand people care about.
• A good eye and a clear writer.
• Fluent English.

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹74K to ₹1.15L (cost to company), depending on experience.
• Performance bonus Tied to membership growth and brand targets.
