Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a growing team in Colorado. The role targets a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional with experience supporting Architecture, Engineering, and Construction organizations.

The position includes coordinating proposals and pursuit materials, updating marketing collateral, managing CRM data, and supporting campaigns across social media, email, and websites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Environmental, or Professional Services sectors.
• Proven experience preparing proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and other business development materials.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop compelling proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and qualification packages.
• Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and business development staff to create winning pursuit materials.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, project sheets, resumes, case studies, and presentation materials.
• Support business development efforts by researching opportunities and tracking pursuits.
• Manage CRM databases and ensure accurate project, client, and contact information.
• Assist with content creation for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and company communications.
• Coordinate industry events, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and client engagement activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts.
• Track marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance and proposal outcomes.
