LHB, Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Minnesota. You will partner with studio leads, technical staff, and project teams to support pursuits, implement marketing initiatives, and develop market expertise across the firm’s services.

This role offers opportunities to shape market growth, contribute to conferences and sponsorships, and strengthen our content and CRM systems while collaborating across markets and studios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5 years of marketing experience within the AEC industry or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with technical professionals, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DAM platforms, MS Office, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pursuit support and proposal execution.
• Coordinate content collection, resume updates, project descriptions, and compliance requirements.
• Support pursuit kickoff meetings, schedules, and proposal development activities.
• Build expertise across assigned markets, studios, and service lines.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, and content libraries.
• Assist with OpenAsset, SharePoint, and marketing information systems.
