Qualifications

• Approximately three years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, or an associate degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required; demonstrate experience creating, editing, and preparing professional marketing graphics.
• Strong graphic design with attention to typography, color, and brand consistency.
• Experience designing tradeshow, conference, or event materials such as booth graphics and banners.
• Ability to translate concepts into finished pieces with minimal direction.
• Experience creating social media graphics, email marketing materials, and website content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing work across print, digital, social, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce professional marketing materials: brochures, flyers, ads, product sheets, presentations, and branded digital content.
• Create tradeshow and event collateral: booth graphics, banners, signage, displays, and promotional pieces.
• Develop concepts and carry projects from design through print or digital publication.
• Support marketing initiatives across MRO, PMA, and Distribution.
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing content with cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop newsletters, email campaigns, product spotlights, press releases, and promotions.
• Manage social media content: planning, graphics, scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring.
• Maintain website content and coordinate blog posts and basic SEO updates with IT/partners.
• Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events: registration, booth materials, promos, and apparel.
• Prepare event-specific email campaigns and ensure materials are ready for attendees.
• Manage marketing merchandise inventory and annual customer gifting initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, IT, and partners for timely production of marketing materials.
