Job summary

ESS, the in-house marketing team based in Jacksonville, seeks a talented Graphic Designer to craft recruiting, sales, corporate communications, social media, and event materials. You’ll transform copy into visuals, develop fresh concepts, and uphold the ESS brand across print and digital formats.

You'll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, support in-house production, and contribute to video/motion content creation while maintaining top-notch attention to detail and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showing range across print and digital design.
• Strong branding, typography, layout, and current design trends.
• Confidence taking projects from concept through final production.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail in spelling, grammar, formatting, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching print and digital materials for recruiting, sales, corporate communications, social media, and events.
• Develop original concepts and reimagine existing materials for different audiences and campaigns while staying true to the ESS brand.
• Transform copy and data into clear, engaging visuals that tell a story.
• Create and edit video and motion-based content.
• Manage multiple projects and everyday design requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Support in-house production, including printing, die cutting, finishing, packaging, and shipping materials.
