Job summary

Auld & White Constructors seeks a GraphicDesign Specialist to join our Marketing team in Jacksonville. You will design marketing collateral, branding elements, and proposals, while supporting photography and video efforts for campaigns and social content.

The role focuses on high-quality visual content across proposals, presentations, and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling. Office-based with occasional on-site content capture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• A professional portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 completed projects, with emphasis on graphic design, branding, layout, and visual communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other marketing collateral in support of proposals and business development.
• Create compelling visual designs that align with AWC's brand and marketing goals.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photography and video, including staff, project, jobsite, and event content, for use in marketing materials and social media.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media graphics and short-form video content.
• Design, update, and maintain company and project websites, ensuring content and branding remain current and consistent.
• Serve as AWC's brand steward, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all internal and external marketing materials.
