DAS Companies, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. You will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with Marketing Communications, Sales, and Purchasing to bring ideas to life across marketing channels.

You’ll help translate strategic direction into engaging, on-brand materials—from digital content and promotional materials to print and wide-format applications—while growing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, media design, digital design, or related field.
• 1-2+ years of agency experience and experience with wide format printing and digital media creation preferred.
• Demonstrated design experience across digital and print media, including layout, typography, image manipulation, ideation, and 2D prototyping.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with working knowledge of Premiere and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Creates print and digital design across brand identity, packaging, and digital communications.
• Manages creative projects from kickoff through final production with multiple concurrent assignments.
• Collaborates with internal teams to define project needs, objectives, and specifications.
• Performs as brand steward ensuring messaging consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Presents concepts and incorporates feedback while maintaining alignment with objectives.
• Leads relationships with external vendors and helps improve workflows and processes.
• Keeps up with design trends to evolve strategies and tactics.
• Shares knowledge with team members and supports additional duties.
